When you use our Services, we collect:

- User ID of the messenger platform

AI and Chat Data Usage

- Your chat data is stored securely and is only accessible to you, to us, and anonymously to our LLM API providers
- Chat history is retained as long as your account remains active
- You can request deletion of your chat history at any time
3. How We Share Your Information
We share your information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers and business partners who assist in providing our Services, including:
- Hetzner for secure data storage and hosting
- LLM API providers (currently Anthropic) for processing
- Messenger apps for our communication with you
- Stripe for subscriptions
- When required by law or to respond to legal process
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information indefinitely while your account is active. If you close your account, all of your messages and conversation history will be permanently deleted. Please note that we may retain certain non-identifiable information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
